Drinks bottling plant
Vibrogard industrial floor tiling system was the natural choice when it came to installing a flooring system into a large, 1200m2 bottling plant. The excellent strength and density properties of the tile made it ideal for this project where a durable and seamless flooring solution was required.
As well as the floor, John Lord also installed Vibrogard tiles to the perimeter kerbs, matching the seamless finish of the floor, ranging from 250mm to 900mm high across the 200m perimeter of the plant. John Lord then finished off the kerbing with bespoke stainless steel trims, creating a completely a sealed, hygienic joint.
The full installation was carried by our own in-house operatives and using the advantage of our total responsibility package meant that we could offer our customer complete confidence in knowing that as one company John Lord manufactured and project managed all aspects of the floor and drainage installation.
