Durable flooring for bakery processing
This large processing and packaging bakery facility required a complete resin floor finish throughout, in order to meet the high demands of the busy space and create a safe, clean finish.
John Lord installed both Uragard HT120 W and Uragard HTIF in the main production areas of the plant. Uragard HT120 is part of the heavy-duty HT range, characterised by a durable, anti-slip profile and seamless hygienic finish.
Uragard HT120W provides a high level of chemical resistance, required during aggressive and regular clean downs inside the facility as well as impact/abrasion resistance and thermal shock resistance.
In particular areas of the facility, John Lord installed Uragard HTIF, a polyurethane resin screed, offering enhanced protection from extreme abrasion and impact through an innovative blend of metallic and mineral aggregates.
Stainless Steel Construction
John Lord supplied a complete wall to wall package to this site in Dunstable, installing ASPEN Stainless steel drainage systems and wall kerbing to create a completely seamless finish.
Davos drain channels, bespoke sumps and 3-bar covers create an efficient and cater for high water flow rates during cleaning, while the KC wall kerb was installed creating new processing and packaging rooms with factory walling supplied by others.
