When it came to installing a flooring system capable of withstanding the harsh conditions generated in a 350m² sweet factory, our Vibrogard HD ceramic vibration tiling system provided a reliable solution.
Our Total Responsibility Package meant we took control of the project from start to finish. Prior to the installation of our Vibrogard HD system, members of the John Lord team excavated the existing floor, laid a fully sealed membrane and installed an Aspen drainage system.
Production continued simultaneously to the entire process meaning, meticulous planning and due care and consideration of all health and hygiene standards was taken.
In this environment, exposed to boiling liquids and hot sugary syrups and requiring a tough cleaning regime, our Vibrogard HD ceramic vibration tiling system was the ideal choice for the floor finish.
